Plumbing- Seen in the future

My recent interaction with a junior plumber left a lot to amusement. As I happened to meet a few of them at the Summer Internship Plumbing School, I got to know that very minute that it would not be a disappointment having to talk to them. As I entered, I could easily sniff the enthusiasm in one particular boy.

As I took to the podium, I was forced from within to ask just one question before I addressed any other topic on this. My curiosity pushed me to ask each one of them-What drove you to become a plumber?

The way these guys responded to my this question was simply arresting. What made it special was the amount of optimism these young folk showed us. The kind of potential they saw being attached with plumbing was simply exhilarating.

Once I started addressing the plumbing kids, I hit the topic of career growth. Considering that a plumber generally grows from a stage of internship to a full-bloom plumber, He should pay utmost heed to the works and works from an early stage only.

As I hit the mid of my speech, the boy whom I noticed got up and asked if there was something that he could do to add value to his country plumbing works. The fact that such a thought hit interns at this age is a very positive sign.

I then went on to share with all interns the fact that every country provides ample scope for plumbing works. The wide network of civic amenities in every country creates enough potential for plumbing job opportunities.

Now be it sinks or valves or washers or drains or water pumps or water heaters, each one of these is required on residential as well as commercial buildings. And but of course, all of these have to be managed per se. So feasibly, one can even go on to becoming a plumbing equipment specialist in due course of time.

To conclude, we did some practical stuff by enacting live demos on plumbing repair works in the room. As we carried that out, we stumbled upon a lot of questions and suggestions that added value to the entire exercise. The end result was good! In fact I was much impressed by their composite focus on it.
