Connecticut presents The Harlem Globetrotters

Harlem Globetrotters have been considered as the Ambassadors of Goodwill. They have dunked their way into the heart of all the young and old basketball fans. Even Presidents and Popes cant escape their childhood dreams of seeing the Harlem Globetrotters.

Harlem Globetrotters have been entertaining us for 82 years. As each year rolls by there are new generation of stars who carries on the Harlem Globetrotters basketball tradition exhibition. Year after year they visit one state after another to showcase to fans their talents.

Harlem Globetrotters satisfy their fans not just by their champion competitive playing but also by ball-handling magic and gravity-defying dunks. With the new stars that joins every year there are newer never-before-seen feats of action while the still doing the traditional basketball exhibition moves.

In 1993 the Globetrotters created a Legends Ring where members are honored for their contributions in making the organization successful and improvement. They are judged by the excellence they did off court, in athletic ability, showmanship, humanitarian contributions, and crowd appeal.

Harlem Globetrotter found their perfect mascot in Globie. Globie also wanted to entertain the crowd just as much they did. With all it dancing, cheering, meeting fans and giving high-fives always made the fans smile. Globie entertained and offer good will to 45 U.S. States, three Canadian Provinces, and 25 countries around the world.

The Harlem Globetrotters will have their tour at XL Center, Hartford, CT on March 27, 2009 at around 7:00 P.M. The admission ticket cost from $17.00 to $131.00 which can be purchased by phone 860-525-4500 or any Ticketmaster office. Come and watch the Harlem Globetrotters exhibit to satisfy your inner kids dreams of playing basketball.
