There will be a River & Spires Festival, Inc on April 16 to April 18, 2009. This street festival will be held at the Downtown District, Clarksville, TN 37041. For the past 7 years there has always been a River & Spires Festival. The festival will is an outdoor, non juried craft show event.

Along the downtown district there will be 5 stages distributed to accommodate the 100 entertainers that will have a live performing. There will be a variety of music that you can enjoy from. There will even be one stage that will feature Christian stage.

The promoters will allow the vendors to set up their booths from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on April 16. Then at 5:00 P.M. the festival will officially until 11:00 P.M. On April 17 and April 18 the festival will open from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. There will be free admission and parking space for visitors and vendors.

Along the downtown area there will be parking spaces for visitors. One block away is the designated parking areas for the vendors. RV parking will not be allowed around the festival area. The public will have their 20 portable outdoor restroom units located around the festival area.

Vendors will not be provided with electricity by the promoters. There will be water provided but limited. The promoter will not be providing tables and chairs for vendors. Vendors will need to provide for their own table and chairs.

The promoters are looking for 50 arts and craft vendors, 20 retail vendors and 25 food vendors. The arts, crafts and retail vendors will have a space fee of $150 10×10 includes Tent. The food vendor will be charged a percentage of their sale for the space fee. All types of handmade crafts and arts vendors are invited to apply. Retail vendors are also invited but will be assigned at a different area from the arts and craft vendors.

This will be the third year that the Spring Expo Craft & Gift Show has been held. For this year the craft show will be held on April 25, 2009. The location of the craft show will be at the Tri-County Community Center, 112 Swift Street, Edgerton, WI 53534. This is a non-juried craft show that will be held indoors.

The promoters will allow the vendors to set up their booths on April 25 from 7:00 A.M. until the craft show will open. The Spring Expo Craft & Gift Show will officially open by 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. There were about 200 visitors at last years estimate anticipated attendance. The promoters for this year will expect about the sam amount of visitors.

There will be a free admission fee for the public and the parking spaces will be free too. Visitors designated parking spaces are found in front of the building and there are more parking spaces behind the building. For the vendors their designated parking area is behind the building. Vendors are advised to bring a cart so that it will be easy to transport your products into the building. There will be no RV parking allowed on site.

The vendors will be provided electricity by the promoters but for outlet locations there will be an additional fee of $10.00 for their electricity. The promoters will also provide for the water but will be limited. A 8 table and chair will be included in the vendors space fee.

The advertisement of the Spring Expo Craft & Gift Show will be provided by the promoters by putting ads online, at the local newspaper and community event listing. The promoters will also have radio broadcasting. Mail postcards of the event will be sent to previous registrants.

For this year the promoters are looking for 30 craft, arts and retail vendors that will display painting, pottery, calligraphy, metal craft, woodcarving, folk art, tole, leather craft, stained and blown glass, floral design, baked items, lawn & garden dcor. Vendors like Avon, Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Lia Sophia, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, scrap booking, candles, handmade soaps, chair massages, Wild tree, Cookie Lee will not need to apply.

In 1965 Lyndon B. Johnson created a program that would address the poverty problem of the community. This program was called the “War on Poverty”. The Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska was created to be part of this program. The society is a community action and non-profit organization that aims to improve the living standards of the poor and disable population of the community.

There are ethics that the Community Action Partnership of Mid-Nebraska follows. The professional members were passionate about eliminating the poverty problem. It is not only the food and shelter that the members provide but they also make sure that they can provide for themselves.

The non-profit organization gave the poor opportunities to work in order to live in a decent and dignified way. They also provided means to have a communication between the poor, government offices and privet sectors about issues that might affect their live. It is a free admission event and will guarantee that there will be something for everyone. on April 4, 2009 there will be Spring Festival Craft Show at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds, Exhibit Building, Kearney. The craft show will start from 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.

The Jackson Hole, Wyoming has always been called the The Last of the Old West. That is why it is no wonder that the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 28th Annual Old West Days Celebration This event will be held on May 22 to May 25, 2009. The Mountain Man Rendezvous and Traders’ Row will be held on May 22 from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The event will be held at the Teton County Fairgrounds. There will be Traders Row, Candy Cannon, Bow & Arrow Competition, Hawk & Knife Competition, and Atlatal Competition a Pre-1840 Mountain Men Celebration.

At the same time as the Mountain Man Rendezvous and Traders’ Row from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. there will also be an Antler Rendezvous. This event will also be held at the Teton County Fairgrounds. The event will have local and nation craft makers to showcase crafts they made with antlers.

Then by 5:00 P.M. in front of the Wort Hotel there will be a The Kids Cowboy Connection. This event is sponsored by the Wort Hotel and Silver Dollar Bar and Grill. There will be real western gunslingers, live entertainment by poets and musicians and a lot of refreshment.

A Jackson Hole Shootout at the Town Square is at 6:00 P.M. This event will feature the longest shootout in the country since 1957. The Cowboy Kick-Off At The Bar J Chuckwagon is at 7:00 P.M. The Jackson Hole Rotary Wine Fest at the Snow King Events Center from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M

On April 26, 2009 there will be a Rhode Island Craft and Vendor Expo at the Rhode Island Convention Center (Hall A), 1 Sabin Street, Providence, RI 02903. This event will be helping the National Disability Sports Alliance of Rhode Island.

The whole family will surely enjoy this craft fair. There will be different activities that children and vendors alike will enjoy. About 150 craft, art and retail vendors will be showcasing their handmade crafts. Door prizes and raffles draws will be done the whole day of the event.

There will be live entertainment like Acoustic sounds, disc jockey and introducing Suzy B from Suzy B productions. Pirates will be walking around the fair you can talk with them or have them help you out in picking the hottest items for sale. There will even be magicians performing magic acts for your entertainment.

The show will start from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. There is an admission fee of $1.00 for kids, $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for seniors with valid IDs. This Rhode Island Craft and Vendor Expo are an indoor, retail items and a non-juried craft show.

For arts, crafts and retail vendors who wish to attend this craft show there will be space fee of $530.00 for a 10×10 space and $975.00 for a 10×20 space. For food vendors the space fee will be of $700.00 for a 10×10 space and $1175.00 for a 10×20 space. The promoters will charge for the electricity and water consumption. There will be table and chairs for rent. Vendors can set up their booths on Sunday from 6:00 A.M. onwards.

There will be enough parking area for visitors at the Rhode Island Convention Center Parking Lot. There will be not charge for the parking spaces. There were about 8,000 visitors based on the previous year actual ticket sales count. The promoters are expecting about the same amount for this year.

For the past 5 years there has always been a Stamping, Scrapping, & Crafting Show. For this year the craft show will be on May 2. The location of the craft show will be at the Marshfield Mall, 503 E. Ives St., Marshfield, WI 54449. This craft show will feature scrapbook displays and workshops held indoors.

The Stamping, Scrapping, & Crafting Show will officially open May 2, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. and close by 5:00 P.M. The vendors will be allowed to set up their booths from 7:30 A.M. to 9:45 A.M. on the same day. The estimated crowd count from last years event was about a hundred. The promoter for this year is also expecting about the same amount of visitors.

There will also be free parking for visitors and vendors. The malls parking area will be designated parking area for the visitors. Behind the mall near the JCPs catalog entrance will be the vendors and RV parking. The restroom will be available inside the mall for the public.

There will be electricity provided by the promoters for the vendors with an additional fee of $5.00 but water will not be provided. Table and two to three chairs will be provided by the promoters for the vendors. But if the vendor needs additional tables there will be a charge of $5.00 for each additional table.

The promoters will be advertising the event by posting ads at all local TV Community calendars and Wausau TV Station. They will also post ads in the Buyers Guide, Marshfield News Herald, TRG newspaper and online websites. The promoters are looking for 20 crafts, arts and retail vendors that will display all types of craft and art works. The space fee for the vendors will be $35.00 per booth.

This festival is considered as one of the top 100 event in North America and top 20 events in Southeast America. The World Catfish Festival is not only visited by local and national tourist but also international tourist. It will be held on April 4, 2009 starting from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Jaketown Museum

At around the 1960s the catfish story started when the community discovered that is could be a potential cash crop. This great industry was made possible with communities Southern enterprise, ingenuity, determination, dedication and down right good neighborliness. The first World Catfish Festival was 1976.

In 1976 when they first held their World Catfish Festival it was only visited by about 3,000 people. Now after a few years that it has been held the number of visitors to the festival has grown to 20,000. The festival before only occupied a small portion of the downtown area. Now the festival occupies the whole downtown area.

There are four streets just for the arts and crafts show. Where craft makers from all over the country has traveled here to sell their unique handmade arts and crafts. There are entertainments scattered all around the downtown area.
