But I love her dearly, so I took the time to look around the other night for a website that could help me with my lifestyle. I thought Melinda would be impressed if I suddenly decided to make a change for her, and I happened to stumble on a website that was perfect for what I wanted.
The site isn’t just about food, either. It’s about how to eat, what to eat, how get to right amount of exercise, and the falsehoods that many people believe are common knowledge. I’m not usually a person to brag about a web site, but this one was loaded with just the kind of data a person needs to make living healthy a fun way to go.
And can you imagine my surprise when I saw that dancing is actually one of the best forms of aerobic exercise! No more gruelling workouts at the gym for me, as I’m going to go out dancing and make better use of my fitness time. They say that dancing stimulates more of the body’s muscles than most forms of exercise, and promotes an increased heart rate, which in turn helps to keep the internal pipes working well.
And then there were the parts about healthy living. It’s a dangerous world out there our skin, our eyes, our hands, our feet, and even our internal organs. Just as exercise and the foods we eat play a part in how healthy we are, our environment has a role as well. How we live is important as how we eat. In matters of diet, just planning the best time for an evening meal could have more consequences on weight loss than the foods themselves.
