Out Of Body Experience Of Astral Projection

It is supposed to happen in subconscious state when the mind is roaming and the body is asleep. Thinking about it gives one the strangest of feelings. Yet that is what Astral Projection is all about. While there are many who have doubts about its reality, the fact remains that there is growing acceptance of the astral travel among the scientists today. Modern science, despite its cynicism for such subconscious or super natural traits has been gradually coming to terms with the realities.

What Is Astral Projection? A process in which our consciousness leaves the body temporarily and starts functioning independently is called the Astral Projection. While doubts have been raised from some quarters there are thousands who vouch for its existence and reality. Astral travel is no day dream but far more real in comparison to the performance of our senses in normal times. Surprisingly around 10% of the people on the globe have experienced Astral Projection in some form or other with their consciousness varying in degrees.

Incidence of Astral Projection Ordinarily Astral Projection occurs at a time when the person experiencing it is passing through some crisis. It has happened to people who have suffered serious accidents as they found themselves floating on the hospital room ceiling while the body below was operated upon by the treating physician. Such incidents are termed Near Death Experience or NDE and are true depictions of Astral Projection. Not only in accidents but astral travel may also take place while you are in trance, in deep meditation or is sleeping and relaxing. These are the moments when the astral body leaves the physical body and floats in space.

What It Is Like? People who have gone through the OOBE (Out of Body Experience) often testify the information gathered during such travels when they are awake. Scientists have also tried astral techniques to learn about the experiences. One outcome of such experiments is that now the scientists firmly believe that one can learn Astral Projection and use of the astral techniques by practice. To them Astral Projection is one of the natural abilities in human being and can be experienced by anyone. Many people experience the projection at some point or other though they neither realize it nor remember the occurrences once they are awake.

Astral Projection: Reality or Myth? Even the scientists have not been able to say conclusively whether Astral Projection is real or myth. However the trend is certainly towards acceptance of the syndrome as universal truth. Many celebrities have experienced it at different point of time. You need not be a mystic to experience the stage. Disciplined behavior and dedication can lead you through the process conveniently.

Astral Travel Experiences Those who support Astral Projection believe that these projections mostly occur when human being is unconscious or asleep. Your physical body is asleep when your consciousness travels the whole world and that is the uniqueness of Astral travel.
