Should you Visualize as the Dreamer or the Observer?

What do you think? Should you Visualize in the 1st or 3rd person? Both methods are valuable and helpful for different reasons – but if you use the wrong method at the wrong time, you’ll be well into your next lifetime before you manifest what you want.

Let me get into the two types of visualization that I’ve used.

1st person would be through your own eyes, or in an associated state. In this case you are in fact the dreamer doing the visualization.

Third person: this is a disassociated state where you are looking from an observer point of view.

Visualizing as the dreamer triggers the emotional or subconscious mind to develop feelings for the things you want. This feeling triggers a change in vibration. Attraction is preceded by vibration. Get into the right vibration and you will attract the things you want.

How is vibration changed?

By your feelings. Try this exercise.

Imagine yourself being on beach somewhere. You’re looking through the eyes of the third person, or the ghost. Just watch yourself sitting on the beach in the sand. How does that feel?

Now make a slight change. This time become the dreamer in the first person looking through your own eyes. See the vibrant colors in the sky; feel the rays of the sun and enjoy the soft sand. Be in that experience fully and tell me something: How do you feel?

You see, the thing is that when you’re experiencing the visualization through your own eyes, it creates stronger feelings. And that puts you in a higher vibration. By being the third person you distant yourself from the experience and your feelings.

When you get into the feeling of your visualization you’ve effectively increased your vibration. And by increasing your vibration, you’ve accelerated your ability to attract those experiences into your life. The subconscious mind works best with emotions; so the better then feeling you get, the better your ability to attract.

Be mindful that your feelings are representative of your vibration. A stronger feelings indicates a higher vibration. And when you vibrate at a higher frequency you become a magnet for things to come to you.

3rd Person Visualization

You can visualize in the third person too. Here are some of the benefits:

* Third person visualization is great for seeing new solutions to problems. It can provide you with a new perspective that you may not have considered when looking through your own eyes.

* Being the observer allows you to distance yourself from negative feelings. In some situations this can provide more clarity and calmness of mind. And with calmness of mind comes better thinking power.

* Being in the third person allows you to see yourself the way others see you. This can be tremendously valuable if you’re having trouble identifying your ‘blind spots’ in a specific situation.

If you want to be skillful co-creator, both types of visualization are important. Become masterful at visualization so that you can intentionally create your life experience.
